Turkey: new provinces

At present Turkey has 81 provinces (increased from 67 to 73 to 81, see e.g. Wikipedia). Anyone able to update GADM-files?

We have a new updated file for Turkey, that includes the second level sub-divisions. Will be part of the next version of GADM.

2nd level sub-divisions of Turkey

Just out of curiosity: may I ask where you get information about the 2nd level sub-divisions of Turkey from? Turkey still seems to be way behind in public accessable information in form of shapefiles and its map policy is ruled by the defense department...
