We intend to use your database for our mapping engine, which will be an add on to a product that will be selling commercially. I see on your web site that you are giving us the right to use your database, but can I get a specific answer as if there will be any copyright violations if we are to use your coordinates in our application? Per the statement at the bottom of this page, it is not allowed without prior permission, but I can't find information on how to request permission?
Once we complete our mapping engine add-on, we will be glad to provide unlimited license to your web site, so you can have a visual representation of your database at your web site.

Is it possible to use the gadm-data for non-commercial applications - e.g. in a Google Maps API - Map with free access for all internet users?

What about using GADM to provide a free service with ads?
Can I use GADM on my site that provides free azimuthal maps (http://ns6t.net/azimuth/azimuth.html) if I have Google Adsense or other kinds of adds on my site? The maps are provided without charge, so does this usage qualify as non-commercial?
How to get a reply?
I posted this question about providing free maps based on the GADM data on a website supported by Google ads or other kinds of ads. I've tried using the Contact form, and I've tried writing snail mail to someone who may be part of the project. Is there any way I can get a clarification of whether this use qualifies as non-commercial?

If would also be nice if you were more patient. It is a forum. Anyone can reply. I am not aware of old postings being deleted (unless they are spam or otherwise inappropriate).
