Global Administrative Areas

Just a thought on a possible extension to the format: add in a list of bordering countries (for level 0 data), or bordering regions (for level 1+ data). These would be countries/regions sharing a common boundary, rather than countries/regions within some distance of the boundary. This would make it easier to generate maps of regions in the context of the surrounding regions, and possibly help in a reverse lookup of point->region.
