I was wondering if anyone here could tell me how Shape_Area is calculated? It seems like a ratio of some sort. My guess is that it is a ratio of the area of a particular region over the country average. Thank you very much for any suggestion.
It is a standard field created by ArcGIS. The units are square map units. In this case square degrees, which is meaningless.
